Harpist Brian Noel, holds the Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Long Beach, and the Master of Arts in Music degree from Columbia University. He is the former principal harpist with the United States Military Academy (West Point) Concert Band, and currently serves as the principal harpist with the Rio Hondo Symphony in Whittier.

Mr. Noel has appeared throughout Southern California in concert, including faculty recitals at Irvine Valley College, where he is an associate professor. Other recent engagements have included a performance of the Handel “Concerto in B-flat”,
and most recently with the orchestra for the Civic Light Opera of South Bay in their productions of “Peter Pan” and “Carousel”.
